I have only just heard the news. Nicola & family please accept my condolences & apologies for not being at the service to see Ralph off. Ralph welcomed me in to the embalming family with open arms & so many laughs. We had many conversations over a cuppa, always with a twinkle in his eye. Thinking of you all & sending love. Rest easy Ralph xx
