On 31st January 2022, tragically, in hospital, of Thornhill, aged 79 years, Ann, beloved wife of Geoff Lazenby, and formerly beloved wife of the late James William (Jim) Rowan, dearly loved and loving mum of Mark, Carl, and Karen. Step-mum of Dawn. Mother-in-law of Nic and Jan. Precious nanna of Ashley, Luke, Tobias, Jak, Kay, Reece, and Lewis. Proud great nanna of Henry, Ayda May, Lyla,George, and Archie. Loving sister and friend of Linda, and the late Barry. A dear sister-in-law, of Pat and Paul, and a wonderful auntie and great auntie.
Ann was a dear friend to many.
The funeral service will be held at St Michael and All Angels Parish Church, Thornhill on Friday 25th February 2022 at 10am, followed by interment in the churchyard. Everyone will be made welcome at The Scarborough Inn, Thornhill for refreshments following the church service. Flowers will be received at George Brooke Ltd., Funeral Directors before 9am on the day of the service, or if preferred donations in Ann’s memory may be made for church funds.
