I first met Pete in 1997 when he interviewed me for my first teaching post, a post I was successful in gaining. I went on to work with Pete as my head of department for 4 years. He inspired me with his teaching ability, professionalism, great sense of humour & generosity in sharing his knowledge of education. He encouraged, supported & coached me to allow me to develop my teaching skills. Pete was my inspiration for everything I did during my future career. I'll never forget the positive impact he had on my career and on both my, and my family's life.
