In loving memory of Jean Smith who sadly passed away on 23rd January 2022, surrounded by love from her family who were by her side as she gently slipped away, aged 69 years.

Jean was a Devoted Wife and Soul Mate to Mick, Amazing Mum to Justin, Best Friend and Mum-in-law to Diane and much Beloved Sister to Bryan. She will leave a massive hole in all our hearts.

A gentle, warm and tender soul who will be sadly missed.

Family and friends welcome to the service at Mansfield Crematorium (Thoresby Chapel) and then on to The Broomhill Inn, Broomhill Road, Hucknall. NG15 6AJ

Donations in lieu of flowers to Breast Cancer Now and Macmillan Cancer Support as per Jean's wishes.
