After a long year battling many illnesses and being totally confined to her bed, mum passed away peacefully at home on her 74th birthday.
She leaves behind her husband John, son Paul, 8 grandchildren and 2 (soon to be 3) great grand children.
Mum was a wonderful lady, she cared and loved her family very much and she would do anything for them no matter how hard things became. She never took sides nor did she put herself on a pedestal and pretend to be something that she wasn't. She was a genuine person with genuine love and devotion to her family and her friends.
We tried so hard last year to help mum and and did everything we could to stop her from passing but our efforts were in vain. Her family and friends are truly devastated and she now leaves a huge hole that can never be filled.
She is now reunited with my brother Ross and all our relatives and friends that have passed over the years - she is no longer in pain and is free. Her memory will live on forever in hearts and she will never be forgotten.
Fly with the angels mum and give Ross a great big cuddle from us all - we love you and always will xxx
Funeral is to be held at Medway Crematorium on Wednesday 9th February at 10:30am - she will leave from her home address at 09:50am.
Following immediately from the service there will be a wake for mum which is being held at the KINGS ROCHESTER SPORTS CENTRE, Maidstone Road, Rochester. ME1 3QJ.
Everyone is welcome - you can leave a donation on this page if you wish or send flowers to T.Allen funeral services, Wells Road, Strood. Flowers must arrive at the funeral directors on the 8th.
