In loving memory of Steven Stewart " Sam" Hamlyn who sadly passed away on 8th January 2022

A loving husband and dad, who will be missed by so many, especially his wife Jackie and his five children.

A great man with a heart of gold and a smile that would light up the room.

To Steve and the Hamlyns,
You are all on our minds 24/7 my heart is very heavy for you all.
They say nobody’s perfect but Steve was the closest thing to perfect we will ever know.
And I would consider my self extremely lucky to find a partner that is half the man Steve was.
So many memories So many fun times not just as a child but up until our adults life.
Heaven has gained one of the most beautiful souls created.
No one wanted you to go but I guess heaven couldn’t wait for you.
I can imagine when you first entered the gates that he was greeted by the arms of his mum, and standing behind her was my nan his mother in law and I kno they helped him with the transition, along with all the other people he had lost and kisses on the head from all cherub babies that was also taken to soon.
I would have never had believed in true love with out whitnessing Jackie’s and Steve relationship they are the real life example of soul mates and complete compatibility, they fit perfectly like ying and yang, it was genuinely written in the stars for them to have come together, Steve lived for his wife and children and family around him, the selflessness and genuine care from the man, they don’t make them like that any more or ever did to be fair.
I could go on and on and write a book on how much love he gave but for now I just want to give the hamlyns a huge hug and kisses
