In loving memory of Sharon Ann Murphy who sadly passed away on 4th January 2022
My beloved Sharon battled Pancreatic Cancer since diagnosis in September 2019.
She suffered many operations and procedures during this time and fought hard for 28 months.
During this journey, we managed to enjoy life the best way we could, always under the constraints of Covid.
However, she achieved a number of milestones, including a dream wedding for our daughter Fiona.
We managed a few trips away this autumn and a much needed family gathering at Christmas, that had been denied everyone the previous year.
We enjoyed seeing in the new year with many plans to continue with some travels this year as health allowed.
Sadly, Sharon suffered some complications and things went downhill very quickly on the 3rd Jan.
Myself with our son and daughter Sam & Fiona, was able to be by her side during her last hours.
We were lucky enough to hold converstions and exchange our love for each other before she finally left us.
Sharon was such a kind and loving soul. She had a great sence of humor and was so compassionate with others. The outpouring of love and affection for Sharon since her departure has been overwhelming and it is comforting to know that she was respected and loved by so many.
