I feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to meet this lovely lady, who had such clear and vivid memories of my beautiful Mum and Dad and her involvement in the early days of their relationship.
She was so supportive to Mum when we lost Dad, and to me when Mum became unwell. Her visits were always full of laugher and love (and she always came laden with gifts for us both) and I will always treasure those wonderful memories.
The pride she had in her beautiful family was immense and although I haven’t met them all I feel that I knew them through our regular chats.
Her loss will be felt by all her family and the friends she met throughout her life who almost became her extended family.

Yesterday our Dear Mother made her final journey to Sneinton the place of her birth .She was greated by so many family and friends who celebrated her journey through life and escorted her to her final resting place. I thank you all for sharing this day and the memories and stories of mum you shared with us all . A true legacy of love xxxx Philip
