In loving memory of George Alfred Clarke who sadly passed away on 28th December 2021, aged 88 years.

Beloved husband to Pat and father to Keith and Trevor.

Pat has asked for donations to the hospital charity rather than flowers.

Following the service the family are going on to the Dog & Duck public house in Shardlow for a light lunch.
All those attending the funeral are cordially invited to join them.
