Phil Rafferty (1 Oct 1948 - 18 Dec 2021)

In loving memory of Philip Rafferty who sadly passed away on 18th December 2021. The dearly loved husband of Nina, dear dad of Mark and Anne and father-in-law of Joanne and Andrew, also, a much loved grandad, great grandad, brother and uncle.
Philip was married to Nina for 53 years and began work at Harworth Colliery when he was only 15 years of age. He was a well-liked colleague and friend to many who worked there.
Philip, or Phil as he was known to his friends, was a quiet, kind and loyal man with a twinkle in his eye and a sense of humour. He loved fishing with his brothers, family and friends and spending time with not only with his own dogs over the years, but more recently with his daughter's two dogs too.
Philip's funeral with be held at Barnby Moor Crematorium on the 6th January at 1pm.
