In loving memory of Anthony " Tony " Slade who sadly passed away on 14th December 2021

Peacefully at the University Hospital Of Wales , Cardiff - Tony - well known for his time as a Milkman and devoted husband to Jean.
He will be greatly missed by all his family and many friends.
Resting in the care of Lyndsay Ellis @ The Vale Funeral Service, Court Road, Barry until his service at Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium, Barry on Monday 10th January at 12:00pm

Following the First Minister’s announcement today ( 22nd Dec 2021 ) , we wish to confirm that from Wednesday 29th December the number of mourners permitted in chapel will be limited to 30.

We kindly ask that all current Crematorium restrictions are adhered to and this includes the wearing of facial coverings. We thank you for your understanding.
