In loving memory of Michael Rawlins who sadly passed away on 9th December 2021
As many of you that knew of our Brother Mick, he certainly had his fair share of hospitalisation. He stared as you very young boy contacting polio, he spend many years in and out of hospital. In the last few years as he has continued with this trend of using up his NHS payments………as much as he loved flowers, we know how much he appreciated the care & dedication given to him by the staff of the NHS, therefore we have decided family flowers only, a contribution of any amount will be gratefully recited by the NHS….
