William (Bill) Wiles (Passed away 15 Dec 2021)

Bill worked with and for us at CAT UK based in Southampton. He was also a dedicated and long-serving Trustee with the Pension Fund. A real gentleman, professional with a lovely outlook on life. RIP Bill, deep condolences to all his family.

Will miss our great discussions on a Thursday night at the Club when we put the world to rights. You have been a very good friend for many years and will be greatly missed by all of us.

We particularly remember some great holidays we shared with Bill in the sunshine he worshipped. Many hours were spent discussing all manner of topics, frequently interrupted by a few beers or G&Ts'.
His light hearted, jovial approach made him such good company which we will very much miss. Surrounded by his loving family, he dealt with his illness with courage.

I always remember when Bill used to come up to Teesport and stay in the Tall Trees in Yarm, after work I would meet him in the Golden Jubilee Pub in Yarm for a few jars where we would put the World to rights. Bill was a gentleman and would always give me advice and encouragement and I am grateful to have known him. Please accept my sincere condolences.

I worked with Bill at CAT Services for a number of years and will always remember him with great affection. He was always very friendly, and obliging. My sincere condolences to his family and friends. He will be sorely missed.
