Passed away peacefully on 18th November 2021 aged 99 years.
Devoted husband of the late Judy Quilter.
He will be dearly missed by all hi loving family and friends.
Funeral service to be held at St. John The Baptist Church, The Street, Wittersham, Kent, on Tuesday 7th December 2021 at 1:00pm.

Our times with Keith were mostly spent at Culpin family gathering's. A hit on the dance floor with all the ladies, his life experiences, and kind words, were always shared with all those he met, a true gentleman, sadly missed.
