Betty Edwards (15 Dec 1923 - 17 Apr 2014)

In loving memory of the late Betty Edwards who sadly passed away on 17th April 2014.
My mother worked hard all her life, up until the age of 83 which is amazing, as a self employed bookkeeper. She enjoyed her work and I do believe her health went downhill when she finally gave in to her age and gave up the job. Sadly the last few years she struggled with dementia and severe hearing loss which made life very difficult for her. She did enjoy her weekly visits to Age Concern Centre in Bracknell and am so grateful to them for giving her a wonderful 90th birthday party, the photo was taken at the centre with her holding her cake. I hope she is at peace now? She will always be in my heart and never forgotten.
