In loving memory of Ann Horton who sadly passed away on 29th November 2021.
Ann was a loving wife to Tony , mother to Fiona and Alison, Granny to Sophie, Emily, Anya, Freya, Evie and Isla, sister to Pam and mother in law to Matt. We are all devastated at losing such a kind and caring woman.
Family flowers only however donations can be given to two charities she held close to her heart; British Heart Foundation and Cancer Research UK.
