Suddenly at home on November 13th aged 73 years, Peter, the beloved husband of Linda, the much loved dad of Marc, Nina and Poppy, the proud grandad to Theo and the dearly beloved brother to Clasina, and good friend to many. Family and friends please meet on Thursday December 2nd for service at Sunderland crematorium at 10:30am. All are welcome to join the family afterwards for refreshments at Teal Farm Pub. Family flowers only, donations to the Diabetes Unit, Sunderland Royal Hospital in lieu, will be kindly received. A donation box will be available in the crematorium. I only met Peter about 6 years ago when we moved and became next door neighbours. Pete and Linda were always welcoming to us ‘southerners’ and we soon became friends. I am so sorry to see his passing and will always regard him and Linda as such lovely people we were very lucky to meet. RIP Peter, perhaps one day we will meet again when the sun goes over the yard arm. God bless you.
