Condolences from Roger Phillips and his family, including Rebecca, Charlotte and Robert. Bernard and Sheila have always been dear and very fondly thought of by the whole Phillips family. The passing of Bernard saddens us greatly and we shall miss his great kindness, caring nature, great humor and banter. A lovely man who will never be forgotten.
