As Silvias granddaughter Heathers best friend I have many happy childhood memories of going blackberry picking, days out and trips to Skegness and sleepovers at Silvia and Walters house. We were always up to mischief but they turned a blind eye and let us have so much fun. Thank-you Nana for your warmth, kindness and most of all letting us be “Kids” xxx rest in peace xxx

Sylvia was a dear Facebook friend. We chatted often. I read her book and marvelled at the way she coped with everything that was put in front of her. Was so pleased when she and Mark got together. Gave them both a purpose in life. Jim, my partner and myself were exactly the same. Sylvia and I had similar interests and I loved chatting with her in messager. I really miss her. Sleep peacefully with the angels dear friend. ❤

Sylvia,

The day you entered mine and Phil's lives, you changed it for the better. Coming to yours weekly was a great pleasure to see how happy you always were. We would sit down together for hours with a cup of tea and just chat about anything and everything. Online shopping was always a favourite of yours and would make us chuckle every time we came round when you would show your new and latest purchase.

We are so glad to be able to of made your life that little bit easier, even if it was Phil fixing a light bulb, to trimming your garden, or sorting out the fish! I will miss going to the shops and getting the list of things you asked for, or getting you something new for your little shack, that was always your pride and joy.

You had the biggest heart of gold and you enjoyed life to the fullest. Life without you just won't be the same.

You will be forever in our hearts Sylvia, and we will never stop thinking about you.

Our love always,

Rita, Phil and family

Sylvia, to be able to see you again after all these years when Katrina and I came to the UK in August 2019 was wonderful, fantastic and a blessing.

Unfortunately, we won't be able to come and send you off with lots of 'BLING' but our thoughts and prayers will be with you on the day.

Hope to catch up with Lisa and family and of course Mark one day again soon.

Love always Michael and Katrina xoxoxoxx
