I got to know Eileen back in 2018 when we hosted an Alpha group at Trent Vineyard. Eileen was a brilliant co leader - welcoming, kind and wise. She was so enthusiastic about people finding the hope and life in Jesus that she had.
I remember after the course had finished she wrote each group member an individual card with encouraging words and a prophecy she felt God had given her for each of them. It was a lovely thing to do and an example of Eileen’s kind hearted and caring presence.

Sending love to all. Eileen welcomed me in to my new job at Trent with such love and care and just exuded God's love always. She was so wise and full of compassion and love for people and her passion for Jesus was so clear in everything that she did. Her legacy lives on in her wonderful daughters and in all the lives she touched. Love and prayers to all the family.

Sending love and prayers to all of Eileen’s family and friends.
I first met the wonderful Eileen five years ago while attending an Alpha course at Trent Vineyard. Eileen was hosting the table I was on and I remember her writing poems for all of us on the table. As a key person at the start of my faith journey I will always have such fond memories of Eileen, especially her smile and words of encouragement.
A couple of years later at my baptism, Eileen came along and gifted me a beautiful Bible along with a letter of encouragement. I feel blessed to have known her and it was a privilege to attend the celebration of her life.

'Rose' The rose is considered the most beautiful flower in the world, which is why it's called the “queen of the garden. Eileen my dear, dear sister in the Lord, Queen of the Garden, you are and will remain a fantastic inspiration to me. Allowing me to be a counsellor in Junior Camp which you headed (some of the best experiences in my life period). I will treasure the memories I have of our times together and the first wedding present I received from you, a glass bowl (unfortunately I think other members of the church thought the same way and I ended up with 4 of these bowls, perhaps there was a sale going on) lol.

I will thank God the rest of my days that our paths crossed. Your smile is unequalled and the generosity of your heart knew no bounds. Forever impacted, ever thankful for the example of living you left us. Rest In His Abiding Grace absent here on earth now present with our Lord x Lorna & Renford Easy
