In loving memory of Alan Sturgess who passed away peacefully at home on 24th October 2021.
We will be celebrating Alan's life on the 11th November. The funeral will be held at the Test Valley Crematorium at 1pm (full details in the section on the right), everyone is then invited to Exbury Club to raise a glass in his memory. We have booked the main bar at the club for those that know it, if you don't the address is Exbury Club, Summer Lane, Exbury, SO45 1AH.
Please can you let either Mark or Kate know if you plan to attend the funeral and/or Exbury Club. We need to provide a list of names to the club a week before the funeral, if you've forgotten to tell us don't panic, you can add your name on the day, however a full list of names is required for COVID regulations. Family flowers only please as Alan would not have wanted them to go to waste, instead if you would like to donate we have chosen two charities, one who provided support towards the end of Alan's life and one that supports helps youngsters get into cricket, a cause close to Alan's heart. You can donate online here and there will be a collection box available on the day.
