Sending love and peace to all the family. Such a hard year and such a sad passing. Kayode is not lost but very much present in al of you and our memories. Kayode was always kind and caring and most of all helpful whenever I met him. I was very fond of him and felt I knew better than I actually did through all the stories told me by Tara. xxx

Kayode Olusanjo Gbebikan was a very special person always hardworking and attentive in his passion and love of cars as a mechanic and for his wife Anne and their children. He grew up during difficult times in London when the city was still rebuilding itself after 2nd World war. I recall Kayode as a young man in the 70’s as a gentle giant of a man, loving and caring of his siblings and late mother Dorothy and he was always pleasant and kind to me it was never what he said but what he did that stuck with me. Yes Kayode was a strongman, fearless, willing and able to defend his family in the face of adversity in the true African since as the eldest son at that time.Kayode you have gone ahead of us all but your light still shines brightly in all our hearts so although you will be sadly missed we know that your presence will always be felt by our side whenever we think of you. I humbly salute the wife Anne and all members of your family as a family friend go now and Rest in Peace Kayode Bro Diepiri MacPepple-Jaja.
