After a short illness on October 17th, with family at his side, aged 86 years, Charlie. The beloved husband of Betty. The much-loved dad of Barry, John and father-in-law of Jean and Sue. The treasured granda of Rebecca, Sarah, Laura, Jessica and a dear great-granda. A dearly loved brother, brother-in-law and friend of many. Please meet for service in Union Street Methodist Church, Hetton-le-Hole on Monday November 1st at 11:30am. Committal to follow in Sunderland Crematorium. You are invited to join the family for refreshments in Hetton Big Club afterwards. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu kindly received for the work of the British Heart Foundation.
