Carlton Nottingham NG4 1GJ.

Internment to take place thereafter at Carlton cemetery , Cavendish Road Carlton.

Funeral reception to be then held at Tree Tops Pub and Grill , Plains Road , Mapperley, Nottingham NG3 5RF.

Gladys’ family wish any donations made to the Heart Foundation.
