He died peacefully on September 28, 2021,
aged 88, after a long illness.
He was much loved and will be sadly missed by his wife Joan,
his children David, Richard and Heather, and grandchildren Becca, Sarah, Lily, Jack, Kit, Alex, Katrina and Sacha.

for a service of celebration and thanksgiving for Michael's life.
