Dave would think nothing of driving our Auntie Boof from Kent all the way to Milton Keynes to visit my her brother, my Dad. He would make sure that the elderly members of the family were cared for, but that was typical of a man who cared for his family & his extended family above all else. This is a man who will be truly missed by all who knew him, Dave you are now surrounded by those you have cared for in life ..........

My grandad was such a loving and caring man. I remember when I was seven years old and I first came into the family, grandad welcomed me with open arms and made me apart of the family instantly. Through the years we all grew close, going to the dickensons festival or going out shopping. I'm so sad to see you go but you will live on in my heart. I love you grandad x

Well someone has to be first here, so I thought to share one on the best things about dad. He always had an answer if you wanted help from grow up, to making something to work or to build something, to trying to keep a girlfriend happy and the best one how to keep on the right side of mum. Thanks Dad for those great answers.
