In loving memory of Tum Middleton of Lower Gornal passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on 27th September aged 91years.
Loving father, grandfather and great grandfather - dearly loved and will be sadly missed. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday 20th October at Gornal Wood Crematorium at 4.10pm.
No mourning clothes please.
