Peacefully in hospital after a long illness on September 23rd aged 78 years, Nicholas (Nick). The dearly loved husband of the late Carrol. The deeply loved dad of Karen, Philip, Kevin and Stephen. The loved father-in-law of Ian, Kim and Nicola. The devoted grandad of Marc, Nicholas, Scott and the late Philip and a proud great grandad of Jake and Eleanor. A loved brother, brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and a friend to many. Friends please meet on Friday October 8th for a service in Sunderland Crematorium at 1.30pm. All are welcome afterwards to Dubmire WMC for refreshments. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu kindly received for the work of MacMillan Cancer Support.
