Passed peacefully away on 27th July 2015
aged 79 years.

Beloved husband of the late Barbara,
loving dad to Sandra, Anthony, Deborah,
Chris, Julie and Kevin also a
treasured grandad.

The funeral service will be held in the
Carnarvon Chapel at Bretby Crematorium on
Tuesday 18th August at 12.45pm.

Family flowers only please, donations in memory may be placed in the collection box when exiting the chapel and
will be forwarded to Cancer Research.
