Valerie Wright (17 Feb 1957 - 20 Jul 2015)

I grew up with Val in Stramshall, she was 9 months older than me .I was 11 at the time. I remember walking to the bus stop to catch the school bus the first day I was starting at Oldfields Hall, I was a bit nervous and had no idea where to go when I got off the bus. Val was at the bus stop and starting her second year there so she knew where to go and offered to show me the way. She looked after me the first few days and made things a lot easier for me. Thanks for that Val.

In memory of dear Val, someone I had known for ever and grew up in Stramshall with. I won't forget you.
