On 3rd September 2021, of Abbey Road, Batley, aged 85 years, Don, loving and much loved husband of Christine, dearly loved dad of Mark, Jeremy and Kerry, and father in law of Maxine and Mike, very dear step-father of Paul, Lee, Danny, Chantelle and Zoe, a cherished grandad, great-grandad, beloved brother, brother in law, uncle and great uncle. Don was a true gentleman and very much loved by his family and many friends.
A service to celebrate his life and sporting achievements will be held at Common Road WMC on Friday 8th October 2021. Please gather there from 10.30am, the ceremony will begin at 11am, which will be followed by interment in Batley Cemetery.
Gentlemen, no black ties, ladies please wear a touch of colour.
