Peacefully at home, after a short illness, with loved ones at her side on September 9th, aged 80 years, Brenda (nee Nixon). The cherished wife of the late Derek. The much-loved mam of Pamela, the late Glynnis and mother-in-law of Gordon and David. The loving gran of John, Declan, Rachel, Ryan, Kieran and great-gran of Myah and Emilia. The dear sister of David, sister-in-law of Gwen, Christine and a dear aunty. A close friend of Jimmy, the late Doreen and a dear friend of many. Please meet on Monday September 20th for service in the Independent Methodist Church, South Hetton at 2:00pm. Committal to follow in Sunderland Crematorium. You are invited to join the family for refreshments in South Hetton Cricket Club afterwards. Family flowers only, donations in lieu kindly received for charities to be chosen by the family.
