In loving memory of Di Jones nee Burdon of Far Forest passed away peacefully at home on 2nd September aged 65 years.
Dearly loved and sadly missed by all her friends and family.
Funeral service to take place on Friday 1st October at Wyre Forest Crematorium at 2.30pm.
