We are heartbroken to have to share the tragic news that our Tom, Thomas James McGrath passed away suddenly on Monday 16th August 2021.
Tom was and always will be the most loved husband of Lydia and loving, fun daddy of Finbar, Maidy, Orla & Pierce.
He was our beloved Son, Brother, Grandson, Nephew, Uncle, Son-in-Law, Brother-in-Law, Cousin & Friend.
Tom's funeral will be held at Our Lady & St Paulinus RC Church, Dewsbury on Thursday 9th September 2021 at 10.15am.
A private burial will take place at Hey Lane Cemetery, Huddersfield.
Refreshments will be served at Healds Hall Hotel from 1pm.
Family flowers only. Donations in memory of Tom may be sent to George Brooke Ltd or paid online for the benefit of Child Bereavement Charities
