On 22nd August 2021, in hospital, with his family at his bedside, of Dewsbury, aged 75 years, Peter, dearly loved husband of Mary, loving father of Julian and father in law of Amy, proud and much loved grandad of Freddie and Hugo.
Requiem Mass will be celebrated at St Mary of the Angels RC Church, Batley on Friday 17th September 2021 at 10.30am, followed by committal at Dewsbury Moor Crematorium at 11.50am. Friends please accept this intimation and meet at the church. No flowers by request, donations in Peter’s memory may be made online or sent to George Brooke Ltd for the benefit of Rugby League Cares.

I only heard today of Peters passing, I have known Peter for over fifty years, he was a very nice person but did not suffer fools gladly.
Peter was a very good rugby player and never took a backward step in life or on the field of play.
He will be missed by all who knew him. RIP
