Peacefully in hospital on August 8th aged 79 years, Robert (Bobby). The dearly loved husband of June (nee Mennear). A much loved dad of Paula and a much loved grandad, father-in-law, brother, brother-in-law, uncle and a friend to many. Friends please meet on Thursday September 2nd for service in the Independent Methodist Church, Easington Lane at 10.00am. In honour of Bobby you are invited to wear something red in tribute to his beloved Sunderland AFC. Interment to follow in Hetton Cemetery. Flowers welcome or donations in lieu will be kindly received towards the ELCAP Roofing Fund. A donation box will be available in the church.
