I didn't know Ian, personally, however, I still felt very sad when I found out what had happened to him.
I used to see Ian quite a lot at work and could tell just by looking at him that he was a nice guy.

One of the kindest, modest, relaxed and caring gentleman we ever had the privilege to have known, and for that our lives are richer. There is no sense or reason for the path life has taken. Ian will be missed without doubt and a small part of him lives on in Elliott as well as all our hearts.
