Cynthia and my mum, Gladys, worked together at C&LE Attenborough on George Street in Nottingham. Mum was very fond of Cynthia and the other friends she made there. I remember mum bringing home some photos of the young Cynthia during her ice skating days. She was a very talented lady! My mum passed on more than 11 years ago but I hope she and Cynthia have now caught up on all their gossip. Must be quite an Attenborough reunion over there!
