In loving memory of Jill Mary Gray Marchant who sadly passed away on 22nd June 2021.
Jill grew up in Chelsfield, Kent, attended the local primary school, then St.Philomena's Convent School and Newstead Woods Grammar School. She became a medical secretary, initially at St. Thomas's hospital, London and then later in Tunbridge Wells. After marrying in 1982 she moved to Southborough and subsequently Pembury, Kent. Jill had 2 children and one grandchild. Jill was very active for many years in the life of St. Peter's Church, Pembury and serving, since 2005, as a lay reader.
