In loving memory of Eric (Rick) Clarke who sadly passed away peacefully at home with his family around him on 4th july 2021 after a long illness so bravely fought, aged 80 years.
Much loved husband of Joyce, loving dad of Wendy, Sharon and Nicola, Grandad, Great Grandad and father in law.
Funeral service and cremation to take place on Monday 26th July 2021 at Barnby Moor crematorium at 3.00pm.
Family flowers only, donations if desired will be split between Diabetes Uk and Dementia Uk.
