Gabriel (Zander) Francois (12 Sep 1941 - 17 Jun 2021)

In loving memory of Gabriel Francois also known as Zander (Short for Alexander) who sadly passed away on 17th June 2021.

Or dad leaves behind a large family, including his partner Margaret, his children, step-children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Born in St Lucia to parents of mixed heritage, he was the last of 13 children, with 2 further half-siblings. Our uncle David is his only remaining sibling.

Our dad was known for his good sense of humour, making us laugh until his dying day. He was a good man who cared greatly about his family. As he got older as a dad he did want to please us, we need only name we wanted something and he would try to find a way to give it to us if he could. We are sad to see he has gone, though 79 it does feel to us that it was before his time. We hope in our hearts that he is with his many siblings, and parents whom have also passed on from this world.

Rest in peace dad, we hope you can still have a bit of fun and a laugh where you are.
