Hazel passed away peacefully on 12th June 2021, aged 89 years. Devoted wife to the late Victor, much loved mum of Janice and Mark, mother in law to Tony and Denise, loving grandma to Josh, Hannah, Jake, Niamh, and the late Charlotte and great grandma to Ada, Owen, Olivia, Mason and Harper.
