Arthur Edward Fearria (8 Mar 1930 - 12 Jul 2015)

Fondly remembering Arthur our next door neighbour for 24 years he was always friendly, cheerful and helpful in all those years, could not have asked for a better neighbour.

I knew Arthur for over 10 years and when I think of him I remember his lovely welcoming smile. As a friend of his daughter Ann I was always welcomed into his home, both at Beccles and later at St Mary's Island. Myself and my partner Kevin joined him on a day sailing his model boats, a great passion of his. I have a lovely memory of last Christmas attending a carol concert where Arthur sat with friends from Saintara, he made sure I had a seat next to him, a true gentleman, also his wonderful voice drowned out all my mistakes. We miss you Arthur.

man with a great sense of humour. He was my husband`s brother-in-law and I have known him and the family for 47 years. Since moving to St. Mary`s Island Arthur and I have had many happy times togsther. He will be greatly missed by all my family and friends.
