Just found out yesterday about Alan's passing. Alan was my team coach at British Gas and my right hand man. One of the nicest, supportive and genuine people I've had the pleasure of knowing. Alan helped me out numerous times ensuring work got done and his team mates had the knowledge and guidance they required. A true gentleman. Rest in peace Alan.

Alan was my coach when I started my career at British Gas. Always had a lot of respect for him. A very knowledgeable bloke, always willing to help. My career wouldn’t be where it is today without Alan’s coaching throughout the time I knew him. Rest in peace Al!

So sad to hear the passing of Big Al, we have only just heard about the loss. Most of us started our BG career with Alan in our class over 10 years ago, was always a bubbly character and always willing to help you out. R.I.P. BIG AL.
