In loving memory of Edna Boulton who sadly passed away on 26th May 2021
Edna was an amazingly resilient, dignified lady, a devoted wife to Don, loving mother to Clive, Nigel, Suzanne and David, adored nanny to ten grandchildren and an absolute legend.

Born and raised in Bath then moving to Paulton once married, then Corsham, it was here that she will be best remembered. Edna provided endless support to the Co-op Insurance and Corsham surgery during this 30 year period. Retirement took her to live in Melksham and finally Verwood in Dorset, near to her son, Nigel. She passed away peacefully and swiftly at home with family around her.

Despite her many health issues, Edna was fiercely independent and made the most of her life; knitting nanny, dancing queen, crazy creosoter, fantastic philosopher (“ It is what it is.”), beautiful gardener, world traveller, creator of festive feasts, hugely house proud, lover of cream teas and always incredibly positive (“ It’s all fun and games! ”).

Edna gave freely of her time and energy to others throughout her life, a completely selfless person.
Despite being just 5 feet tall, she made an enormous impact on everyone who was privileged enough to know her. She will be sorely missed.

In lieu of flowers, please donate to THE BRAIN TUMOUR CHARITY on her behalf.
