In loving memory of James Sheppard, who passed away suddenly on Saturday April 17th 2021 at the age of 30.
He was smart, kind, laid back, patient, funny and creative. He was a talented artist, photographer and writer, an incredible cook, and loved music, gaming and finding a good bargain. He was universally loved and is already so missed.
We're still waiting for the lab results to find out exactly what happened. We suspect it might have been an undetected heart condition, but won't have any answers for a while. If there's any comfort, it's that whatever took him was incredibly quick and he was happy until the very end.
The funeral will be taking place on Friday 4th June at 12:30pm. There are very few in-person spaces available due to Covid, so we've unfortunately been incredibly limited in who we can invite. However we'll be streaming the service online for anyone who would like to watch it. Although I had only worked with James for a short amount of time, you could see very quickly how kind, calm and funny he was. Even if he had a busy day, he would still find time to help me with any issues I had, even if it was non work related. It was a great pleasure to work with James and I will miss him and his cheerful personality. A beautiful service, thinking of Sophie and James’ family and friends x
