I'm totally heartbroken to tell you that on Wednesday morning 12th May our beloved Mummy, wife, daughter and friend Kate passed away peacefully at home with myself, her parents Mike and Vonny and brother James at her side. The pain and suffering Kate experienced from this most horrible of diseases is now over and she is at peace up in the clouds. Nothing can be done to fill the massive void that will be left by your passing but your incredible energy, strength, positivity and thrill for life will live on through our children and family. I miss you so much already and will forever more. We have been robbed of a truly remarkable person who had so much more to give. We will live each day to its fullest and not be afraid of tomorrow.

I am devastated to hear of Kates passing. I've known her since she was about 3 when she went to playschool with my daughter. She often came to play and I have many lovely memories of birthday parties, play days and hearing of her life after school from my daughter. I am so deeply sorry and send all of her family my deepest condolences.
