In loving memory of Malcolm John May who sadly passed away on 26th April 2021
Reuniting with his darling wife of 55 years Vivienne, who sadly passed away on 19th February 2021
As a family we are completely heartbroken at his passing but find some solace in the knowledge that they are together once more.
A beloved father to sons Carl and Peter, daughter Louise and son in law Darren
Grandad to Dale, Kim, Kyle, Elise and Leah
Great- Grandad to Kara.
Born and raised in Nottingham, joining the armed forces at 17 years of age and serving for 18 years, travelling the world reaching the rank of Sergeant, making many lifelong friends and lots of stories to tell. After leaving the army he continued his trade as a baker for a number of years before moving onto working as a store keeper clerk for the NHS
Taking early retirement due to ill health, he had multiple challenges over the following years which all were faced head on, courageously and without complaint.
With a long time passion for horse-racing he could be found at local bookmakers making many more friends studying the form ( hogging the newspaper) having a small flutter, cheering his bets on to the winning post
He liked a wide range of music from rock n roll to country, Elvis, Billy Fury, Roy Orbison, Marty Robbins most often found singing along.

His funeral service and burial will be held on 18th April at Carlton Cemetary , Cavendish Road, Nottingham NG4 3EF Time -11.30
