On 14th April 2021, in hospital, of Thornhill Lees, Dewsbury, aged 85 years, Hazel, dearly loved wife of the late Peter, much loved mum of Shirley and the late Chris, dear mother-in-law of Simon and Julie, beloved grandma of Ian, Lindsey, Amy and Emma and cherished great grandma of Ammaarah, Naila, Maisie, Isabella, Phoebe and Heidi.
Due to the current guidelines a service by invitation only will be held at Dewsbury Moor Crematorium on Tuesday 4th May 2021 at 10.30am.
