In loving memory of Leo 'Lee' Alcock who sadly passed away on 12th April 2021

A wonderful husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. We are devastated beyond words that you were taken from us so suddenly. You will always be beside us in everything we do. Walk on Lee (even with those dodgy knees)

Cremation at Gedling Crematorium on 4th May 2021 at 1.30pm. Because of Covid restrictions it will also be live streamed.
Donations rather than flowers would be much appreciated.

Well Lee not sure but this might be the last post and you know how I like to have the last word.
The scouse accent, the caring nature, the warm humour, the black shirt.
How could I resist.
46 memorable years, 3 wonderful children, 4 gorgeous grandchildren. The ups and downs, the highs the lows. Nothing has ever phased you. You’ve been the calming, sensible, caring influence through everything. Which was annoying when I wanted an argument. But as the card said ‘I can be annoying but my hearts in the right place - next to yours.’
You’ve struggled the last few years but no complaining and never wanting to cause a fuss.
My husband, my love, my friend, protector, cheerleader, confidante, comforter. Taken from me far too soon we had so many more things to do. I wake in a morning and think everything’s normal then I realise nothing will ever be the same again.
But you will always be with me and I am so lucky that you shared your life with me.
You can rest now.
All my love always
Jan xxxxxxxxxxxx

A donation in memory my great dad, which will hopefully help others recover from the effects of a stroke, as Dad did so valiantly 30 years ago.

Thank you for all the memories, our families became so close, I still remembered all the tall tales of Olympic medals and the Scouse wit that you and my dad used to regale after dinner stories with. YNWA
